What you avoid never leaves your phone
Nothing here hits your flags. The fragrance is disclosed, and the alcohol sits last in the list.

The problem with scores
It's the same 62 for everyone in the aisle — for the person with eczema and the person with none. You're still the one doing the deciding, in a shop, holding two bottles.
Plainly starts from the things you avoid and works backwards to a sentence you can act on.

The scan is the cost. The answer is the product. So we made the cost as close to nothing as we could.

Plainly needs an account to keep your history in sync. It does not need to know what's wrong with your skin — so it doesn't.
Your sensitivities are stored on the device and scored there. They are never sent to us and never reach any analysis provider.
The photograph is used to read the label and then deleted — as soon as the analysis finishes, and within a day at the outside.
There is no advertising in Plainly and no third party buying anything from us. The subscription is the whole business model.
